Online Therapy

Are you considering online therapy?

Online therapy has been making mental health care more accessible, convenient, and flexible than ever before. Researches have shown that online therapy can be as effective as face-to-face.

There are many reasons why you might be choosing online therapy. I have found the collaboration and energy can be just as rich in the virtual space as it is in the traditional face-to-face therapy settings. For some people, online therapy can be even be more effective.

I currently offer online therapy using Google Meet.

However, please note that online therapy is not suitable if you are experiencing an acute crisis and/or feeling suicidal.

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact me.

How does it work?
  • 1. Get in touch

Once you have reached out regarding online therapy, we will schedule a first session, to make sure that online therapy is the right option for you.

  • 2. Planning the first session

I will send a therapy agreement outlining different policies such as confidentiality and GDPR. You get an invitation to your calendar with a Google Meet link.

  • 3. Prepare for our session

Access the session from your laptop, tablet or phone. It is important that you have a private space where you feel comfortable so that you can speak freely.
