About me

My name is Elisa, and I am a qualified psychotherapist. My orientation is primarily humanistic and psychodynamic, in the integrative model. I combine different therapeutic methods, to work holistically with a wide range of issues, while valuing the uniqueness of the experience of each individual.

My approach stems from the principles of Carl Rogers’ humanistic psychology. It emphasises the importance of self-awareness, self-acceptance, and personal growth, and believes in individuals’ capacity of achieving their full potential. My approach is influenced by working with clients from different backgrounds, as well as my own experience of living in different countries (France, Russia, Finland, Ireland and Norway). I am myself expatriated since 2008.

I provide a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space to work towards your growth and healing. Sometimes, all you need is someone to help you find the way through!

I work with a broad range of issues, including (but not limited to):

Trauma
